GerryAnderson.co.uk
In March 2016 I submitted my first of several articles as a guest blogger for the official website of Gerry Anderson, co-creator of celebrated TV series including Thunderbirds and Space: 1999. The site is owned and operated by Anderson Entertainment, the company formed by Anderson himself in 2002 and which since his death has dedicated itself to "The preservation and promotion of Gerry's past work", and "realising the projects that he was unable to see through to completion himself."
All my articles can be found here, and prominent ones include:
The World of Joe 90
The website's first article published during the series' 50th anniversary year, this was a look at the fictional nations which appeared throughout Joe 90.
While outlining the features of each country I also looked at how their representations often featured now outdated stereotypes, whilst simultaneously helping the series to depict a future that had outgrown the hostilities of the Cold War.

Captain Scarlet Retaliation: The Lost Video Game
An in depth look at the PC game based on the TV series Captain Scarlet and the Mystersons which was developed in 2003, but never released.
Researching the production of the game using contemporary articles and press releases I was able to build up a picture of the initial planned release process, why it was ultimately shelved, as well as what the game itself would have been like.

Thunderbirds Video Games Roundup!
A retro review of three video games released during Thunderbirds' second revival period during the early/mid 2000s. Released for the Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, and Playstation 2, these games recreated the International Rescue experience by not only allowing players to control a number of International Rescue craft, but also by recreating Barry Gray's iconic soundtrack.

A beginner's guide to Doppelgänger
A look back at one of Gerry Anderson's least known works, the live action feature film Doppelgänger, which was also given the alternative title Journey To The Far Side Of The Sun. It examines how the film came about as well as contributions made by frequent Anderson collaborators including effects supervisor Derek Meddings. I also discuss how several elements would go on to feature in the later series UFO.

Written by Shane Rimmer
After voicing Scott Tracy in Thunderbirds, Shane Rimmer continued his association with Gerry Anderson by writing stories and scripts for several series, as well as a pilot for an undeveloped series called The Investigator.
Each of the 13 episodes for which he was credited is listed with a brief synopsis, with several also containing extra behind the scenes information about their production.

Gemini Force One
First published in April 2015, Gemini Force One is a Young Adult novel trilogy that was originally developed by Gerry Anderson but completed posthumously by M.G. Harris, author of the Joshua Files novel series.
My review of the first book, Black Horizon, for entertainment website What Culture prior to its general release was quoted as part of the official advertising campaign for the trilogy, and can still be seen internationally on websites such as Amazon and the official Gerry Anderson store.
In addition it has also been quoted by the Gerry Anderson Instagram account, as well as by Gerry's son Jamie Anderson when explaining the concept of the series on the monthly FAB Live broadcasts.
"This truly is Gerry Anderson for the 21st Century ...despite a rebooted CGI series... [Gemini Force One] is the true successor to Thunderbirds’ crown."
